IT IS MY CLEAR INTENT TO MAKE THINGS FAIR AS I CONTINUE TO GIVE EACH CLIENT THE TIME AND ATTENTION THEY DESERVE. AS I SCHEDULE EACH SALON APPOINTMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER, ALLOWING MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME WITH EACH CUSTOMER TO GIVE A THOROUGH CONSULTATION AND THE TIME NEEDED TO PERFORM EACH SERVICE.  UNANTICIPATED NO SHOWS, EARLY CANCELLATIONS OR REMOVING SERVICES FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT CREATES LARGE GAPS IN THE STYLIST SCHEDULE....LEAVING THE STYLIST UNDER BOOKED AND WITH OUT PAY. CANCELLATION POLICYS ARE FOR YOU! SO I CAN HAVE MORE AVAILABILITY SO I CAN GIVE YOU BETTER SERVICE!!!

  • EARLY CANCELLATION POLICY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST A 24 HOUR NOTICE.

  • PROM OR WEDDING PARTIES ARE 48 HOUR NOTICE

  • IF YOU BOOKED MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS AND NEED TO REMOVE ANY PLEASE LET Becky Vogel know right away

  • APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE MISSED THAT NEGLECT TO GIVE NOTICE( NO CALL/NO SHOW) WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 1/2 PRICE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE IF YOUR TIME SLOT CANNOT BE REFILLED.

  • REQUEST OF PREPAYMENT FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK FROM THE RESULT OF REPEATED EARLY CANCELLATIONS OR REMOVING SERVICES.

  • AFTER THE 3RD NO SHOW, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM MY PRACTICE.

  • LATE FEE: REPEATED/WITHOUT NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A $5 CHARGE AT CHECKOUT FOR 10 MINUTES LATE.

  • ANY CLIENT THAT SHOWS UP 15 MINUTES LATE MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE OR MIGHT RESULT IN REMOVAL OF CERTAIN SCHEDULED SERVICE IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM NOW AND BE CHARGED THE LATE FEE.

  • SATISFACTION: YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON AND WOULD LIKE SOMETHING ADJUSTED, Becky Vogel WILL BE HAPPY TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS WHILE YOUR STILL HERE, OR  RETURN FOR ADJUSTMENTS 24HOURS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT.
